Ho ho ho a film centred on the property crisis! I think it's telling that the property market has been an issue in this country for so long that people were making topical films about property and rent prices as far back as 2014 (even arguably 2007's national winner...)
Anyway here we had a lo-fi take of a couple of prospective lifestyle block buyers having to confront a cowboy land magnate who shoots first and asks questions later.

In my opinion the dialogue came across as very tonal and would have benefitted a great deal by line delivery breaks or cuts for reactions, because it was mostly stand and deliver type stuff before an out of nowhere shooting to round out proceedings. Great that you got out and about, but the chance to really heighten the film by making the most of your lush surroundings in a cinematic way kind of went begging, for mine.

Story: 1/5
Technical: 2/5
Elements: 1.5/5
Overall: 1.5/5
