How to Register for 48Hours

To register, you will need to fill in the Registration Form. Early Bird Registration is open on 1st June

You will need your team name, your team leader details and a credit card or debit card to register.

Your team name cannot be changed but you will have the opportunity to edit your team's details in the wrap-up form over the shoot weekend. We recommend you keep your same team name if you have competed before.

Registration fee

Registration Fees:

Early Bird Registration: $225.00
(Earlybird registration opens June 1st and closes July 1st)

Standard Registration: $265.00
(Standard registration opens July 2nd and closes July 29th)

School Teams Deal
To support our school teams we offer a two for one deal.

Tertiary teams can enter for half price.

Payment is by credit card or school/teriary teams can request an invoice via email.

Under 18 teams

If you are under 18 and are wanting to register a team you must have someone who is over 18 to supervise and be responsible for the team -  they must register as the team leader for legal reasons.

The team leader is responsible for the team's health and safety over the weekend and will need to make sure that they read our health and safety resources.

Regions 

Teams should register in the region that they live in or have participated in, in the past.

Your film will be eligible for that regional final and that city manager will be your point of contact.

Open to Teams Nationwide – and Beyond

The competition is open to teams across Aotearoa.

We also welcome international teams, as long as the team leader is a New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident you are good to go.
