Gisborne City Info

Your Gisborne City Manager is Tom Paton.

Tom Paton

I've been making films since high school, spending all of my free time in my 20's hanging out with friends writing and shooting short films, skits and music videos. When I heard about the 48hours, I just had to enter!

Competing for the first time in Wellington in 2006, I caught the 48-hours bug big time.  A few more years competing in Wellington, then I moved to Gizzy. I tried my hand again, coming city runner-up in 2010 and 2013.

It's such a buzz getting stuck in and making a film in a weekend, I honestly can't recommend it enough!

I love my role as the Gisborne regional manager, though it sucks not to be making a film, it's so awesome to be able to help facilitate all of yours.

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to get in touch.
