Share your Film!

Posted 20th October 2022

We are nearing the end of the 2022 competition, and only teams asked to keep their films offline are the 18 Grand Finalists (including the 2 Sir Peter Jackson wildcards). This is so that we can experience it on the Civic Theatre Big Screen at the 2022 Grand Finals on Nov 18th. We hope that you will join us!

If your film is out of competition, you can now share your film far and wide! That includes teams nominated for any awards at the Grand Finals (if you are not a grand finalist).

The Screening Room

If you haven't put your 48Hour film on the screening room. Here are some instructions:

  1. Register yourself as a screening room user.

  2. Return to the screening room

  3. Click the 'Upload film' button.

  4. You will need your team leaders email and a link to your film on YouTube or Vimeo.

  5. You can upload a thumbnail image to represent your film, add some credits and a short byline or synopsis.

  6. Once you have registered you can also review other people's films.

If your film is already on the screening room, please make sure it is public on YouTube or Vimeo, so people can watch and review it.
