In this animated short, Bobby the bully is now a Buddhist peacenik who pulls up to a drivethrough manned by one of his past victims, who nasties up his burger in dance form to a jaunty tune. I get that CG animations are really tough to pull off in 48 hours, but it still has to stand up against the others as if it was live action... and the idea didn't have enough of a kick. It was pretty much the one joke. Animation was fine considering the timeframe, with the "dancing" suitably weird and rubbery for CG. But this team probably should have spent a bit more time on story, even if it means worse animation. Still a rare effort to go full 3D CG in two days.

This team impressed me with its ability to create a full-3D film in 48hours. The story was a one-liner, but it didn't really need more than that. It was clear, concise and to the point. Unfortunately, the story is not an original one, and that was probably something that prevented them from winning the audience over. The continuity was good, though the 3D looked a bit rubbery and floaty, and I'm still unsure whether it qualifies as a dance film. Overall though, I enjoyed it, and it was memorable. Looking forward to their work next year.

You did well.. However.. It went soo fast and I found the short film not a film. The dance made me want to dance off my seat and eat a burger down the road after I left the theatre. I will let you know that I went to Burger King down Queens Street after the heats and I started dancing while I waited for my burger to get made. They looked at me and asked "Excuse me, what the fuck are you doing". I said "Oh I just watched 'Made to Order, you got to see it'. You guys made a good short film!
