"How to get to Hospital" follows a homeless man struggling to reach medical help after a traumatic hand injury. Along the way, he crosses paths with a self-important businessman, but will the man stop to help?
This short film was written, shot, and edited in under 48 hours for the Vista Foundation’s 2025 48Hours NZ competition. The assigned genre was Road Movie, and it had to include: something precious (The dog), slow motion (Falling to the ground), an accident (Hand), & a miniature (Candle instead of a fire to warm hands).
