The cinematography was beautiful.

Very dark atmospheric comedy. To me it was neither a musical or dance movie but I liked it non the less.

I have to mark this one down simply because to me it was neither a dance nor musical film. It would have fit better within a range of other genres. Otherwise it was well executed, if a tad gruesome.

well made, nice camerawork and acting (especially the old fella) they just didn't really embrace the concept of musical/dance, i reckon even if all the boys did some kinda of crappy choreographed thing for 20 seconds at the end, i could have given 'em a 7.

Should have been disqualified. 3 shots of dancing in slow mo does not make it a dance movie.

Nicely shot. Solid performances. Not in the spirit of the genre though. Shame.

Nicely edited, beautifully shot and cool narrations. I enjoyed the contrast between the black and white head shot scenes and the slow-mo scenes. The film didn't embrace the genre much, but it was a nice film overall. If Mr Gee, you're reading this, you taught me in Lynfield College back in 2002! Great to see you act for the first time!

A wonderfully acted, perfectly shot and edited short film! I tend to agree that the "Musical or Dance" genre is barely scraping by in this film, but it's still totally badass and a great watch. What a total arse the 'Villian' is, so glad he gets it in the end, a satisfying end which, while I saw it coming, it was achieved in a way that made my film geekness happy. Well done!

Some really nice acting and gorgeous colour-grading. An interesting take on a 'dance movie'. Selfishly, I would've liked to see more dance/musical elements, but it is a tough genre!

A few of the reviews above have said they don’t think this qualifies as a dance movie? I disagree entirely. Thought it was a very innovative approach to the genre from a team known for their experimentation (I thought ‘Brothers’ from a couple of years back was superb). This one was not without fault, but beautifully shot and well acted. Good job. 7/10

I guess, like the other reviews, I didn't see it as a dance/musical but I thought it was a great film. Three guys working with a 4th who is a pain in the ass is mysteriously murdered. It thought the cinematography was great and the style of the film was well played.
