Well thought out movie. To come up with something original like this is worth points. There were some sound, picture and editing issues, but the movie was well presented, followed its theme, and reached a conclusion. The actors played their parts well and I completely believed they would be guys who would run around jumping over children. Well done, as fad is not an easy genre, and you took it with gusto.

Had a very good idea and ran with it. Pros: Very funny in places, very funny believable acting Cons: Camera shots confused the general flow of the story. Some really artistic shots of rain drops on the window of a car vs. very grainy handy cam shots

Really enjoyed this film. The idea was very good and it was executed perfectly. The acting was stand out for me. Pit about the sound at the end :(

great fad :) managed to pull off the comedy quite well! & well shot and edited

Totally believable charcters in their conviction of their pastime. Good blood but not sure how the bully fit into the story. Good effort.

Very impressed with this film. The Fad is a tough genre to do well and i feel you guys hit the mark. The Acting was great and the humor well done. Edited well. shame about the sounds cut off at the end.

Throughly enjoyed this film from beginning to end. Pity about the sound cut at the end, would have been 5stars if not for that!

I like the classic kiwi humour and documentary type feel about this film. Although the screening had some technical issues towards the end, the film is well made with good production values, acting and concept.

i love the end scene when he jumped Bobby Young and the chase. :)

THIS MOVIE WAS GOLD! I flipping loved the funky team intro underwater. The whole concept behind the film was very well thought out and portrayed well! Thought the ending could have been different but apart from that = gold. The foreign guy was legend and the ("gay guy"?) was funny. Great shots, especially at the start in the car. Ending wasn't the greatest for me - I think that theatre totally needed a new sound system to give it justice however! 9/10 for me, would love to watch this film and Moving On again - good effort!

Great film from clearly a very talented bunch of guys. Love the idea, the narrative and the execution. I heard some criticisms surrounding the difference between the very pretty 'rain drop' shots and some of the handicam work, personally I loved this contrast as it make the documentary aspect far more believable. Overall an amazing film and pretty much flawless for just 48hrs. I am excited to see what Grand Cheval has in store for the future.

A funny and touching film about friendship and coming of age. This wasn't my favorite of the grand finalist, but i enjoyed the fact it was genuine and well executed.
