Pretty engaging attempt with a very funny split screen opening. Unfortunately that was the highlight for me. Bartender drew some laughs with his interesting facials, but overall a good attempt at this difficult genre which fell slightly short of the mark. Good freeze frame ending.

A film that had everyone laughing. It had a great intro but the rest of the film didn't quite add up in terms of editing. The original songs were really nice.

Almost want to say would have been a better experience overall if I hadn't liked the opening so much. Not a fan when the highlight of the piece is in the first 30 seconds. Proper music was nice though, and songs were very well done. As a soundtrack, a buy. As a film.....meh.

Awesome intro. Rest of the short just didn't follow. Biggest cheer came when the two females kissed, don't know why.hmmm Good attempt, cleaner sound and editing needed next time.

Music and Dance is always a make or break genre. Nice attempt by the crew. Let down in a few areas but still a good attempt

Love the intro scene; Cheesy jazz dance was awesome; Rest needs some more work.

Great writing and original songs in a difficult genre. First 30 seconds was very promising and maybe with more time the rest could have brought up to the same quality.

Beautiful opening sequence, and strong potential for the musical genre. The songs worked, although the vocal levels could have been more consistent. Seemed to lose direction further into the film, and expressed Bobby as more of a current bully than an "ex".

Started great, and did well with the music tracks, but not so much with the lip-synching! ;)

Lune noir started off strongly with a lovely split screen shot, some funny actors and great lyrics. The problem was, it didn't maintain that quality all the way through. The story was about a man who had two girlfriends who didn't know about each other. The whole thing was relayed with bouts of song and even a little synchronised dancing which was quite good. Upon realising they were dating the same man, the ladies made the only sensible choice, and decided to date each other. There was a massive cheer for the first on-screen female/female kiss of any heat this year which, considering the theme of many films so far, I was surprised we didn't get to earlier. Some good shots, funny pauses and great lyrics, slightly brought down by the weird double homicide ending which gave it all a serious turn that muffled the sense of amusement from the rest of the film. One of the actresses was clearly a stronger singer than the other one, which created a little bit of unbalance considering the script seemed to call for them being evenly matched in every way. I enjoyed it, the ending not so much, it was nice to hear a good score and some solid singing, and overall it was quite good.

So far the best Musical I've seen. The first minute of the film cracked me up, very well written songs. And that kiss...

Great catchy music that stayed with me later on in the evening even though it was the first one to be shown. Good humour and performances but kudos need to go to the music production team. This one was my pick for the evening. Well done.

Two girls one guy and a whole lot of singing. The lead actresses voice was fantastic and she really lifted the movie with her vocals. The others were ok but she really stood out. A great opening scene with a very funny song but it seemed to lose its way a little bit in the middle and the end seemed a bit rushed but overall it was quite a funny film. Certainly one guy in the back row got quite excited when the girls kissed. A good score and some great singing, they ran with the musical genre rather than shying away from it.
