Rumour has it Helter Skelter’s lost demo went down with the Wahine in 1968. Four lovable misfits set out on an action-packed, 80s-fuelled adventure where the ultimate treasure isn’t money or fame. It’s friendship, the unheard recording of their favourite band and the music that keeps them fighting. But they’re not the only ones hunting for it. Hot on their heels is a pack of scoundrels driven by greed, who’ll stop at nothing to get their hands on the demo. With the race on, the four friends must decide just how far they’re willing to go to keep it out of the wrong hands.
