It's 1986, and New Zealand's Homosexual Law Reform has just passed, sending the country into a big gay frenzy as the queer's break out of the closet. Attacks are increasing on gay men, in particular twinks, who are reported missing in record numbers. Police suspect the vigilante group, the Permed Pussy's, might have something to do with it.
