Mother's Day

Such a fun film! It got so much of the 80s action right. I loved the music! It felt very of the time and vibe so well. I also loved how you guys made a feminist deconstruction of the cheesy action flicks. That's rad. The hair flick with the music was peak. Great actors, that's usually one of the missing ingredients for a lot of entries. I can't wait to see more from this team in the future!

Love seeing women led action, and I could have used more of this growing up in the late 80s/early 90s haha, as well as the wonderful lead who knew exactly what she wanted outta life. I think a few additional whack and punch noises added in post might have amplified the fight scenes even more, but they were a lot of fun to watch
