This short film was written, shot, and edited in under 48 hours for the Vista Foundation’s 2026 48Hours NZ competition. The assigned genre was "The Escape Movie", and it had to include: A drawing or portrait (Hen on the wall), An interruption (The children interrupting the high tea), A rumor (Lady at the curtains commenting that she thought the chicken owners have a whole petting zoo in their backyard), and a closeup (Nostril).
