This had a good premise and I liked how the story worked but it was let down by sound issues and quite a lot of story trying to be crammed in to the time limit. Well done on some of the camera work and the locations which lent really well to the story.

Gangsters, cops and Vic all converge on a mechanics after hours, only one gets away.

My own film so won't comment - other than to thank my cast and crew again. Thank the others in the heat for giving me an entertaining night at the Cinema. We do it for the fun, which we had plenty of - so Team Red Apple will be back next year!

There were parts of this film which felt quite polished and well shot, though it seems to have fallen apart in the edit and the Vic Meyer bits weren't really up to the same level of quality. In the end it all wrapped up in an ending which whilst unpolished worked well.

I enjoyed this film. I loved the Yakuza angle and the cheesy acting. Particular highlight was the Yakuza discussing the quality of Ramen on K Road and Queen Street. The other storyline (insomniac Vic) didn't really work for me though.

Certain elements were good and others were impacted by time restraints otherwise a very entetaining short film!! :)

There were some really good bits in this and overall I enjoyed it, felt the insomniac character section let it down a bit, but there were some really cool shots and a nice premise. Felt it ended abruptly but this is 48 hours! Looked like you guys had a really good time making it, good work!
