It is a shame that there were sound issues throughout this as otherwise it was a really good short film. Some nice camera work, especially in scenes such as the boys sitting together before they find the body. I hope the team stay together next year. Some of the acting was a little wooden or did not fit the mood of the lines being delivered. But the storyline was solid.

loved the plot good effort guys

LOVED THE START!!!!! The titles and everything were amazing! Loved the mask. I couldn't help but not laugh at the acting. Really entertaining. So gutted you were disqualified.

Ummm, logo and intro vid. You should make final based on that alone. Pretty good film for a teen team, definitely enter again next year! Shame about the audio and being disqualified.

* Viewed in the Screening Room Three teens find a body in the woods and decide not to tell anyone about it. Suspicion falls on the neighbour but the culprit could also be closer to home. This team of Year 10's from Hamilton Boys' have given this a decent crack. Yeah, the sync is out in places, the audio goes missing altogther at other times, the 4th wall is broken and the body is visibly breathing. However, in general it looks good and as it seems you have access to equipment, your tech will improve. Glad to see you made a film with age-appropriate casting - keep doing this! One thing to think about for another time is a sort of film-making rule - "show it; don't tell it". There are too many times in your film when you tell it - eg knocking on the neighbour's door without response followed by unnecessary dialogue "C'mon guys, Mr Graham must be out." This is not Inception - the audience doesn't need an Ariadne keeping us up with the play. Looking forward to seeing what you've got next year!
