Cat and Mouse: Portrait of a Pussy

This film had the whole audience in hysterics.
Such a well written script that ticked all the noir trope boxes.
The film has this Lo-fi charm to it that I loved.
The gun being a simple cap gun was actually so funny and just added to my enjoyment so much.
Really feels like a pure 48hr film.
Loved it.

Nudity

My favourite film from the heat!
Sealami once again bringing their A game.
Such a talented group. I look forward to their work each year.

With adorable animation, catchy tunes and a twist ending that had the whole audience erupting in laughter!
I think this film will do well in the competition.

Midnight Milk

Best use of an Asthma inhaler in 48hr history.
Had a lot of fun with this one. The mundane situation being paired with classic noir tropes really tickles my funny bone.
Cast were top notch and the editing was tight.
Left me with a big smile. And a craving for milk.

Nadir

Big fan of this one.
Very creative use of the found footage genre.
Loved the atmosphere and vibe overall.
Technically it's very well put together. Great sound and lighting.
I do think it could have been a little shorter, but overall a very well made horror.
Hope if dose well in the competition.

Good Company

This film deserves all the praise in the world for "Them-Fatal".
Love a good detective mystery, and this concept was so much fun.
Great editing and acting overall. Cinematography nailed the tone perfectly.
Rough around the edges in the best way.
Look forward to seeing more from this team in the future.
