I have learnt that they post the required elements in the news section on this site.
Next year I would double check what our rep at the launch says (guess what happened to us this year! :D ).

My aim is to have more dialogue in next year's film. Not a dialogue heavy film, just a bit more.

my aim next year is to have undergraduate humour with lots of fart jokes and swearing staring a one legged african american/jewish blind lesbian pole dancing dwarf.

I've learnt that the down low concept have ascended to the level of 48 hours gods. As technically impressive as lens flares film was, I thought that 'seed' was sublime, and I fully expect them to take out the grand final for a third time.

...that you can never rely on the inbuilt mic, especially when trying to record dialogue on the other side of a suburban street??? Why would they not listen to me me when I said to rerecord the audio back at home base :s

I have learnt that filenameing correctly is crucial if you need to synch audio and video clips up quickly, and that calling the slate needs to be done clearly by somebody who doesn't have a severe head cold.

I've learned that there's no need to second guess what other teams are going to do with the required elements.

Every year I expect there to be a film identical to ours, but it never happens.
