Kirikiriroa / Hamilton

City Managers

Your Kirikiriroa / Hamilton City Manager is Sam Elton-Walters.

Sam Elton Walters

Sam has helped out in a variety of film projects in the Waikato and is often found behind the scenes wrangling cables, lifting heavy things or figuring out how to do something practically.

He's recently taken up the role of festival co-ordinator with the Misty Flicks Film Festival.

He loves getting people excited about their projects and seeing what people create no matter their skill level. He's been involved in 48 hour teams in the past and understands the fun of furious filmmaking.

When he's not involved in filmmaking he can be found creating giant pumpkin content or sorting out a weekly podcast.
