This film was brilliantly short and sweet. Compared to some of the other films in the heat which tried to be overly complicated, this was a breath of fresh air. Great job.

Although very well edited and acted, I felt the short needed more depth. It was very easy to follow and predictable. I also found it a tad to short, a twist at the end would have been nice. Writers might need a wee bit more practice but everything else was top-noch. Well done.

Vic can't sleep. In the morning, she has an exam and she must battle the forces that look to conspire against her attending. Given my relationship with this team, there has been a lot of anticipation of this film over the last few days, in particular whether they could match the efforts of the previous Lincoln High teams who have entered this competition. It all starts pretty well; a nice time-lapse and tidy use of my DIY stabiliser to establish the opening scene. Despite some nice cinematography, it all gets a little messy from that point on. No more so than your non/interesting use of that external microphone I leant you. When the pizza arrives and is placed on the table we nearly get blown out of the theatre. Strangely though, we don't hear a lot of the dialogue and the required line is very faint. Hmmm. Still, you set the situation up well for Vic, achieved a few laughs and didn't over stay your welcome by making your film too long. Well done, I'm proud that you made the 48 and you a least listened to my main advice about appropirate story-line and casting. PS: What happened to your credits? I was waiting for my name!

Sound issues bugged me in this film which personally made it hard for me to engage with. However looking past the sound it fitted the genre and the storyline was nice and simple (perfect for 48hours) and it had some good laughoutloud moments for the audience. Tying up the technical sound hitches and getting some smoother camera work would have made this a favourite for me.

Cool close up/macro shots of the stuff. Pretty steady for handheld. Nice long shot. Good music choice. Pizza drop was way loud... lots of laughs from the audience. Audio levels were killer. Cool racking focus shot when she was running towards the bush. Kind of a bizarre ending, and never really knew what was happening.

This was a good film with a simple and funny story line. There was some interesting audio in the middle but other than the technical side was ok. Good Job.
