It was pretty rough but it was one of the better Horror films I have seen done in the 48 hours the scares seemed to work without being goofy and the performances were solid, not 100% on what the story was about or how the child's death had anything to do with the Horror element of the story but it added some atmosphere which worked for the movie. Not perfect but a pretty damn good effort.

like your scary moments at the later part of the film. good if horror elements come earlier (as a short film). not quite get the storyline but at least it has the scary effect. nice work :)

Cute unhinging intro, great performances, lovely visual audience manipulation, but best of all, great story telling. Well done that team.

Del Sur do another serious film and do a great job of it. A solid horror that was well acted and had some great FX in it. Simple story but told excellently.

I always look forward to seeing what Del Sur brings, and as always they didn't disappoint. Fantastic performances, great production quality, and on point genre (even the fright that made most in the audience jump - dont lie - I know you did!).

I feel wrong breaking the flow here. But I didn't get the story. Was there something spooky about the house that I am meant to know about? She killed her son? Totally confused. Must have been your friends that wrote the comments because they are way too positive. Production was consistent, some dodgy audio. Great work for a 48 film but I didn't understand it. I asked everyone that came with me to the heat and they didn't get it either. Sorry....

Bilbobaggins- dude there's no need to be rude just because you didn't get it! Other people can like (and understand) things you don't and they aren't necessarily friends with the film makers. A 2/10 is a bit harsh mate, this was a well made film. AND this team won audience fav, so was obviously popular, not just with the team's friends. I always look forward to seeing what this team can do and I really enjoyed this film. I did have to think about the story, which I liked, it actually made me think! They took the genre and the film making seriously. I don't want to give the plot away but yeah, she was haunted by something in her past and there was something supernatural going on with the old man. This short would make a great feature. Excellent performances, well shot and a nice score. The only bummer was the sound at the beginning.

Best Horror i have seen in the competition so far. Acting was outstanding and so was the story. Definitely need to see this one in the finals. Well done Team Del Sur

A really professional short that wasn't comedy based (as are most in the 48s). Only thing I could fault was that I wasn't sure why she mixed up the old man with her sons death. Loved the scary moments (they actually made me jump) and the synching of her words whilst he speaks. So many possible paths to take from where the film finished but I just wish I knew which one it was (i.e. she killed her son and tried to do the same to the old man or he was responsible for killing her son and was controlling her somehow, etc...)

Great movie, such a great story with a great twist. The only thing...you can see it was done on high budget :) as the actors are pros as well as the editing and camera....but having said that the movie is awesome piece and it should be extended to full story! Great work team thumbs up,hope you win!!

To be honest there was very little that could be done to make this film better. If I had to be picky I would suggest it may have fed a little heavily on the typical horror motif but in 7mins there isn't time to try and break from convention. Obviously the calibre of cast and crew where beyond that of most entries. A very professional short. Thanks
