Well expressed idea that has a predictable sort of outcome, the punishment for abuse. Great make up/costuming Acting was alright, so was the location. Overall well filmed.

Good overall film, thumbs up to The Dom Loyd, great performance son

Well thought out, quick, simple and to the point. Good to see that Dom Lloyd bloke in it.

Pretty good, I'll give you a 10/10 for effort though. A few pointers: -The make up looked a little fake at times. - Background sound was a little awkward at times. All in all, awesome effort.

OOOOOH MY GOSH! that was beautifully filmed. just the excitement and unpredictability of it all. well choreographed action scenes, top notch editing, and rich special effects. Good to see some up-and-coming new talent. Next stop - Hollywood ;) My advice for next year: Make that Dom Lloyd bloke a lead. With his classic movie star looks and versatility, it's a wonder why you guys didn't give him more screentime.

Yeah, not bad. Definitely one of the more memorable ones of the heat.

My favourite one of the night. Cute cast and a fun cameo :)

I enjoyed this film. I thought it created the 'hobo/homeless' setting quite successfully and realistically. Cool chosen location, had some nice camera work and convincing characters. The old woman had an American accent? Bizarre. Nice superhero story with some funny moments.

It was a pretty good quality short, the colors worked quite well. The idea was a cute twist on the genre. It could have been a bit longer though. Apart from that however it was of a pritty high standard

[Schools/Under 18) Two homeless guys get lucky when they drink from a mysterious bottle that gives them kinetic powers. After getting some revenge on those who have mistreated them, they end up fighting each other over some spare change. Nice establishing shot, in fact, nice camera work in general that produced a great looking short with some clever effects. But that was about it. The homeless people looked too young for the parts they were playing - especially the "old" woman. I started to think that this was going to be a piece without dialogue and when it finally kicked in, a lot of the audio was either quiet or wind-affected. The story itself was very brief and most likely "Chronicle" inspired. It seems you've got the equipment - just remember that story is ultimately more important.

Reaally good music and shooting, I thought storyline was a bit too simple I think, and the hobos looked to young/clean
