Power Surge

Great work for a school team. I think there is more room for improvement in the camera work and the scripting. Maybe less talking and epic music and more action from the actors would have got u a lot further

I thought these guys did really well for first-timers. They even wrote a song using the required line that played on a radio in the film -cudos! The story perhaps tried to tell too much, so keep it simple next time. There is some clear talent here and it will be interesting to see how this develops in future comps.

Good effort guys. Creating 100% your own music isn’t easy. Really push to think outside the box next time, genre superhero doesn’t always mean you have to have super powers. Keep it simple and work on a good script and the storey will shine through. :)

first of all. i'm a school team. yeeee! competition! anyway! you guys tried to tell too much and therefore the movie become pretentious. but good try though! P.S. i love the scene when the guy is saving the girl from a backing car.

A guy is out walking with his girlfriend/friend who is a girl and falls on an electric fence which gives him a 'power surge' allowing him to move with incredible speed. A good effort for a first time team and they at least had some acts of superheroism which a lot of superhero films didn't bother with this year. I liked the internal conflict between his good side and the bad/bully side of him.
