We had our whole weekend planned out. By Mid Day Saturday we had a rough edit of the first 3 scenes.

House seems tailor made for 48 hours production, an area for brainstorming which joins nicely to what I assume is a kitchen where you have a nice big table for writing the script and later on editing the film.

This is quite amazing, thanks for posting.
How did you guys get on with so many writers? I'd be wary of arguments and compromises with that many behind the script.

I think it depends how it's managed, in the time constraints of 48 hours it can be a good thing to have a lot of eyes to comb over the story critically and have it ready for shooting saturday morning.

We had everyone including actors firing ideas at us and we all worked on an outline till 10 PM. Then the actors left. After that the remaining 5 worked on the final script, I (the one at the far end of the table) was keeping everyone on task.
We were all editing the script on Google Docs, which was so useful.

Yep I think we do, Im buying some new equipment which I hope will be ready for next year. So far on the buy list is, a NAS, DSLR + Lenses and some better lights.

We do the same thing - except we isolate our writers by 8pm.
