Have also used imovie 09 and Sony handicam for Made Awards last year which was sent in just as a quicktime and it played really well on a big screen.

ok many years ago i worked with kids at a school doing video stuff and art. here are some basic rules
1. don't let them touch anything,do anything or say anything and you will be fine.
2. but if they do have to be involved make sure the camera heads are clean
3. batteries are charged and you do know where the chargers are
4. LP is a no,no
5. remember to film in 16:9 not 6:4
6. be prepared for tears before bedtime
7. prima donnas and boredom.
8. a tripod can be your friend
9. keep smiling and taking the valium and remember that they have school on monday.
10. stop crying damn it you are the adult. have fun and let us know how it went.

Cheers me dear. I'm not crying (yet)!! The kids are great, worked with them before and teach most of them. They cant wait to get started. Ticked all above but what is LP??????
